Full Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Clerk to join our Performance Management team. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks related to performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Print and manage correspondence received via email or fax as required.
- Capture performance agreements at the start of the financial year.
- Record appraisal forms on Sage People or Excel according to the performance management timeline.
- Follow up on incomplete information to ensure all tasks are finalized.
- Assist with queries related to the performance management process.
- Maintain an organized filing system to securely store agreements and appraisal forms.
Reward and Recognition:
- Process spot award forms submitted by departments promptly.
- Update the award tracking spreadsheet and send it to the service provider.
- Handle voucher invoice payments and liaise with the finance team.
- Provide updates to managers regarding the status of gifts or vouchers.
- Track and report on the spot award budget, highlighting any overspending.
- Submit monthly reports on the spot award budget.
Organizational Development (OD) & Wellness:
- Actively participate in the OD and Wellness teams by contributing ideas and engaging in planning discussions.
- Support the coordination and logistics of OD and Wellness events.
- Handle administrative tasks related to wellness and OD initiatives.
- Respond to queries regarding wellness and OD activities.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, placing orders for stationery and other supplies as needed.
Psychometric Assessments Administration:
- Administer financial associate assessments by creating position links and generating interview reports upon request.
- Ensure proper use of assessment tools, offering technical support and troubleshooting assistance to District Managers.
- Guide managers in the correct use of the assessment system to ensure accurate and effective interview outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar administrative role
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and solid computer literacy
