Job Opportunity: Administrator / Procurement Clerk
📍 Location: East Rand
💰 Salary: R14,000 – R17,000 per month

A well-established company on the East Rand is looking for a Procurement Clerk / Administrator to join their team! If you have experience in procurement, stock control, or administration, this role is for you.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Prior experience in procurement, stock control, or administration
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
✅ Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
✅ Ability to track stock levels and maintain accurate records
✅ Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Procurement & Stock Control: Manage purchasing processes, supplier relationships, and stock management.
🔹 Order Management: Place, track, and ensure the timely delivery of purchase orders.
🔹 Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular stocktakes, and minimize discrepancies.
🔹 Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers for quotes, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
🔹 Administrative Duties: Process invoices, purchase orders, and maintain procurement documentation.
🔹 Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, monitor stock levels, and generate reports.
🔹 Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.
