Executive Secretary & Administrative Assistant

π Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- National Secretarial Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration (NQF Level 5) preferred.
π Experience:
- 3β5 years of relevant secretarial and administrative experience at a senior level.
- Prior exposure to the Assurance/Insurance industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
β Secretarial & Administrative Support
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the assigned broker.
- Manage all client interactions to maintain exceptional service standards.
β Diary & Schedule Management
- Organize and manage the brokerβs daily schedule in Outlook.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently.
β Communication & Client Interaction
- Handle calls and correspondence with professionalism.
- Apply effective telephonic techniques to engage with clients.
β Organizational & Multitasking Skills
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clear and professional communication (both written and verbal).
