The Junior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing after-sales support to clients, specifically within personal lines business.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative tasks (filing, scanning, typing correspondence).
- Handling client inquiries via telephone and in person.
- Proactive planning for future tasks.
- Managing client interactions and delivering effective service.
- Preparing and maintaining client files.
- Processing client instructions and queries.
- Handling product administration and office management.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining advisors’ diaries.
- Updating CRM systems and asset registers.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, particularly in personal lines.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office).
