Position: Warehouse Picker and Packer
Are you detail-oriented, well-organised, and eager to grow within a leading industrial electrical products company? MCE Electric is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Pickers and Packers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select items from shelves accurately according to order requirements.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Organise and shelve products correctly within the warehouse.
- Keep packing and shelving areas neat and orderly.
- Support inventory control and assist with stock rotation.
- Carry out additional warehouse duties as needed.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
- Prior experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of handling heavy stock.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures.
- Physically demanding—requires standing, walking, and lifting for long periods.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
