About the Role:
Absolute Pets, a leader in premium pet food and accessories, is looking for a reliable and efficient Warehouse Driver to join our dynamic team based at our Kempton Park warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete store deliveries punctually and according to the planned route schedule
- Depart the warehouse no later than 09:00 AM, Monday to Friday
- Load delivery vehicles in an organized manner based on daily routes
- Check and verify all food products during loading
- Ensure accurate delivery of goods to stores and oversee that items are verified by store staff upon arrival
- Handle all stock carefully to minimize damages during loading/offloading
- Report any delivery discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager immediately
- Return stock must be checked, verified, and matched against the IBT document, with discrepancies clearly noted
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle at all times
- Report any vehicle damages or faults promptly to the Warehouse Manager
- Uphold company values through professional conduct and performance
- Support general warehouse operations as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s License with Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Proven experience as a delivery driver
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
