Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently carry out all POS operational tasks.
- Scan products and process payments with precision, including clubcard transactions.
- Handle cash securely at all times.
- Actively promote and register new customers for the Clicks Clubcard to meet participation targets.
- Inform customers about current promotions to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service as a visible brand ambassador.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising in line with visual standards.
- Support the Group’s mission to be the leading health and beauty retailer by upholding company values.
- Stay informed on current products, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Retail or FMCG background with an understanding of merchandising and promotional strategies
- Familiarity with stock control procedures
- Strong grasp of excellent customer service principles

Minimum Requirements:
- Education:
- Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Preferred: Minimum 50% in both Maths and English at Grade 12 level
- Experience:
- Preferred: Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a retail or FMCG environment
