Purpose of the Role

To provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing point of sale (POS) operations, handling merchandising duties, and supporting promotions to create a positive in-store experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of all POS activities.
  • Accurately scan products and process customer payments, including ClubCard rewards.
  • Handle cash responsibly and securely at all times.
  • Actively promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard program.
  • Highlight in-store promotions to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a friendly and professional brand ambassador.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and uphold store cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Stay informed on products, ranges, promotions, and events to assist customers effectively.
  • Support Clicks’ goal of being the leading choice in health and beauty retail.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:
