Purpose of the Role

The Servicing Administrator is responsible for handling email queries, incoming calls, and policy change requests from clients and their administrative teams. The role requires the delivery of prompt, high-quality service and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet daily individual targets to contribute to collective TWT (Today’s Work Today) goals.
  • Respond to client inquiries and process requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with Franchises to ensure service excellence.
  • Interpret written queries accurately and take appropriate action.
  • Manage and process servicing quote requests within daily targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers (DFC, DCS), and administrative teams to support a collaborative culture.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Matric/Grade 12.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role within financial services or insurance.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a call centre environment within the same industry.

Preferred:

  • 1 year of experience in a servicing-related role.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Discovery Life Client Services or Discovery Consulting Services (DCS).

Skills & Competencies

Essential:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Discovery Life products, systems, and processes.
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans.
