Position: Personal Assistant
Location: Ashlea Gardens, Pretoria
Minimum Requirements
- Mature, professional, and well-presented Afrikaans-speaking female (age 35+)
- Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) – essential for a bilingual client base
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3–5 years recent experience specifically as a Personal Assistant (preferably in the financial advisory or insurance sector) – not general admin, reception, or cashier roles
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport
- Non-smoker
- Stable work history with contactable references
- Availability to start immediately or as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive PA support to a Wealth Manager in an Asset Management practice
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the advisory office
- Client Relationship Management:
- Liaise with clients, schedule and confirm meetings
- Prepare meeting packs and documentation
- Handle client queries regarding account status
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage the diary and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel and handle logistics
- Prepare and submit forms
- Maintain client records and open new client accounts
- Document Management & Data Entry
- Compliance and Regulatory Tasks:
- Ensure documents comply with relevant standards
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Provider & Platform Coordination:
- Liaise with investment platforms, insurance firms, and product providers
- Obtain valuations, process transactions, and resolve queries
- Practice Management Support:
- Maintain office supplies
- Assist with events or webinars coordination
Salary: R20,000 – R22,000 per month
