Parts Administrator (UD Trucks)

Position Title: Parts Administrator

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (YES Programme)


Position Summary:

UD Trucks, a recognized innovator in the commercial automotive sector, is seeking a motivated Parts Administrator to support its Commercial Parts team and dealer network. This role focuses on administrative functions, pricing, promotional activities, and reporting, contributing directly to the efficiency and performance of the parts division.

This opportunity is designated for unemployed youth and offered as part of the YES4Youth initiative. Applicants must be registered on the YES platform to qualify.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update parts pricing structures
  • Manage and analyze comparative parts baskets
  • Assist in the rollout of promotional activities and dealer incentives
  • Oversee parts specials and campaign execution
  • Coordinate truck sales promotions involving parts
  • Generate reports on lubricant performance against budget targets
  • Track monthly parts export sales
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls and assist with purchase order processing
  • Monitor and evaluate dealer challenge targets and compile annual trend analyses
  • Consolidate year-end dealer purchase history data
  • Communicate with dealers regarding parts campaigns, policies, bulletins, and availability
  • Monitor backorders and implement short-term supply solutions

Minimum Requirements:

  • A qualification or background in technical or financial disciplines
  • Genuine interest in the automotive industry
