Introduction

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to oversee the efficient running of daily office operations and provide essential administrative support across the organization. This role involves managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and assisting various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office activities, including scheduling, supply management, and communication flow.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
- Assist with tracking expenses and supporting basic finance tasks.
- Support HR-related duties such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12) required; a diploma or degree in Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable using standard office equipment and administrative systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to team efforts.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience with database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.

Salary: R10,000 per month
