Purpose of the Role
To provide comprehensive general office support to ensure the efficient operation of the Office of the Speaker.

Reporting To: Senior Administration Officer


Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute and assist with document filing within the Office of the Speaker.
  • Sort large volumes of correspondence in accordance with coding protocols.
  • Perform additional relevant duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure refreshments are available for all meetings.
  • Carry out other office-related tasks as part of developmental assignments.
