Office Administrator and Sales Support

Introduction

LV Nutrition, a fast-growing company in the health supplements industry, is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Office Administrator & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This dual-role position supports both office operations and the sales team, requiring someone with excellent multitasking abilities and strong communication skills.


Job Overview

This role is ideal for a versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily office functions, supporting sales operations, coordinating logistics, and managing executive scheduling. A strong ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and communicate professionally is essential.


Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient workplace.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee office equipment and facility needs.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, mail).
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and company records.

Route Planning

  • Plan and coordinate optimal delivery/sales routes for the sales team.
  • Monitor route progress and adapt schedules to meet customer or business needs.
  • Maximize efficiency in route management using available tools or software.

Executive Support

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare relevant documentation or reminders.
  • Act as the primary liaison for scheduling and time management.

Sales Support

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the sales team’s calendar and booking systems.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and convert them into appointments.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, materials, and performance reports.
  • Provide general administrative support across the sales department.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office administration and/or sales support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with route planning tools or logistics software (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous).
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous).

Remuneration

  • R12,000 basic salary + Commission
