Full Job Description
Job Title: Loader – Bread Dispatch
Purpose:
To ensure the efficient daily loading and offloading of bread products on-site.
Closing Date: 15 May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Load bread accurately according to the picking slip
- Follow the designated pipeline loading sequence
- Count and reconcile trays per truck
- Participate in daily invocom meetings
- Ensure only quality bread is loaded
- Apply First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation practices
- Report loading-related issues to management
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures

- Understanding of organizational structure and operations
- Familiarity with internal systems and business processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic numerical skills

Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work until all trucks are fully loaded
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
