About the Employer:
Masterparts, a well-established company based in Epping, is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Worker to maintain cleanliness and support upkeep tasks within their warehouse and outdoor areas.
Role Overview:
As a General Worker, your primary responsibilities will include warehouse and yard housekeeping, basic gardening, and general handyman duties. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule with work required on alternating Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and clean packaging materials and pallets
- Maintain cleanliness inside the warehouse
- Sweep and tidy outdoor areas including the yard and parking lots
- Ensure gardens are kept neat and clean
- Assist with window, bin, and restroom cleaning in office areas
- Support minor maintenance and handyman tasks
- Carry out ad-hoc duties in and around the warehouse and offices as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong team spirit and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding tasks
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Experience with basic gardening and handyman work
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a general work environment
- Verifiable references are essential
