Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a General Worker to assist with the upkeep and care of our school grounds and facilities. This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance (e.g., minor plumbing, general fixes).
- Conduct daily inspections of the school facilities.
- Maintain gardens and outdoor areas, including mowing lawns and tending flower beds.
- Assist with safety duties, including managing school traffic when required.
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned, stored, and maintained correctly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of general maintenance or gardening experience.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of using hand tools.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Honest, dependable, and willing to assist where needed.
- Qualifications: No formal qualifications required.
