Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated individual to handle the washing and cleaning of trucks and trailers. This role involves maintaining high cleanliness standards, ensuring quality checks, and supporting efficient operations within the wash bay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean the exterior of trucks and trailers
- Conduct visual inspections after each wash to ensure cleanliness and quality
- Check trucks, trailers, and tarps for cleanliness standards
- Move vehicles in and out of wash bays and parking areas when required
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the wash bay area
- Ensure proper usage and availability of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of wash bay materials
- Report any new damages to management promptly
- Meet daily cleaning targets and deadlines
- Perform other general tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude
- Ability to follow and give instructions effectively
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work
- Fluent in English
- Clear criminal record
