Job Summary
The City of Ekurhuleni is offering a short-term opportunity for suitable candidates to assist with title deed verification and beneficiary profiling within the community.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must reside within the City of Ekurhuleni (specify ward in CV)
- Age: 18–35 years (applicants over 35 will also be considered)
- Able to communicate effectively with local communities
- Must be literate (able to read and write)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform door-to-door verification of title deeds
- Profile title deed beneficiaries
- Assist supervisors in distributing title deeds
- Track down beneficiaries whose deeds remain with the City
- Investigate and report causes of delays in issuing title deeds
- Document and report daily activities to the supervisor
- Participate in community meetings when required
