We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable General Worker to assist with warehouse and logistics operations. This role is vital in ensuring goods are moved and handled accurately, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and offload cargo from linehaul and local delivery vehicles.
- Sort and relocate freight within the depot in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Handle goods with care, following company protocols at all times.
- Perform other general warehouse duties to support operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric (minimum requirement)
Work Conditions:
- Available to work Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 18h00
- Willingness to work overtime based on client demand
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Must have own reliable transport to and from work
Skills and Attributes:
- Proficient in English (spoken)
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Ability to work under pressure
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong personal integrity and a positive work ethic
