Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Worker to join our showroom team in George. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing cleaning tasks inside and outside the showroom
- Assisting with basic garden maintenance
- Providing general support within the showroom
- Helping to move and assemble furniture and rugs
- Taking on various ad hoc tasks to support showroom operations
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (matric) qualification preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving heavy items (rugs, furniture, etc.)
- Well-groomed and presentable
- South African citizenship required
- Must be available to work every second Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00
Remuneration
A market-related salary will be offered.
