Role Overview
As a General Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our production and manufacturing operations. This is a physically active role requiring attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, production, and packaging of industrial goods
- Operate and help maintain machinery and equipment
- Handle materials and manage goods within the warehouse or production facility
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Comply with all workplace safety protocols and procedures
- Support general operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in manufacturing or warehousing is advantageous
- Familiarity with machinery operation is a plus
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and listening skills
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Physically fit and able to lift moderately heavy items
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
