Purpose of the Role
To deliver secure, professional executive chauffeur services to both internal and external clients, supporting Nedbank’s business goals through safe and efficient journey management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules by actioning diary and email tasks efficiently.
- Ensure timely arrivals and safe travel by pre-planning routes.
- Optimize travel costs by selecting the shortest, safest routes and complying with speed regulations.
- Uphold road safety by locking vehicle doors, using hazard signals when necessary, and applying defensive driving principles.
- Enhance client experience by providing amenities (e.g., umbrella, first aid kit), assisting with luggage, and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct.
- Foster trust with internal stakeholders by sharing information and providing timely feedback.
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
- Confirm vehicle suitability with management or clients before each trip.
- Maintain vehicle standards, including cleanliness and mechanical upkeep.
- Proactively plan routes and logistics when required.
- Promptly report any defects, accidents, incidents, or maintenance needs to MESS.
- Ensure the secure transport of confidential documents.
- Provide punctual, reliable support to executives.
- Align with Nedbank’s Green Vision and sustainability goals.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- License: Valid Driver’s License with Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years driving experience transporting passengers on public roads
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and regulatory requirements
