Job Description
We are seeking professional and safety-conscious Drivers to perform timely deliveries, maintain vehicles in excellent condition, and uphold the high service standards our clients expect. The successful candidates will report to the local Branch Supervisor and must be willing to work flexible hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport goods and packages to and from assigned locations
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Load and unload cargo with care
- Ensure proper documentation and delivery confirmations are completed
- Perform regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle at all times
- Communicate with dispatch and clients in a professional manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies
Requirements
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code 08 or above; PDP will be an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience (delivery or courier experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of roadways and traffic rules in the respective city
- Ability to read and follow maps or GPS directions
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Physically fit and capable of lifting packages
- Clear criminal and driving record
