Position: Code 10 Truck Driver
Location: Silverton, Gauteng
Job Type: Full-time | Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)
Salary: R6,750.38 per month
Job Overview:
A wholesale distribution company is seeking a reliable and experienced Code 10 Truck Driver for a fixed-term 3-month contract. Candidates must reside near Silverton and have proven experience driving Code 10 UD trucks for deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods to customer destinations
- Assist with picking, loading, and unloading stock
- Maintain accurate delivery logs
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and roadworthy
- Collect payments from customers when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 3 years of relevant truck driving experience
- Knowledge of the food and beverage wholesale industry
- Valid Code 10 Driver’s License
- Valid PrDP for Goods and Passengers
- Completion of a Defensive Driving Course is an advantage
