Position Overview

FedEx is currently seeking a Courier (Code 10) to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves executing critical delivery and pick-up operations (both domestic and international), dispatch responsibilities, and ensuring safe and timely handling of all operational processes within the station and hub locations, including ramp and sorting functions.

You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while upholding FedEx’s high standards of accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.

  • Execute on-road courier and delivery operations
  • Manage pick-up and delivery of both domestic and international shipments
  • Assist with dispatch, sorting, packing, and customer interactions
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and service standards
