Position: Technical Driver
National Renal Care (NRC), a leading provider of comprehensive kidney disease management in South Africa, is seeking a qualified, driven, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Driver based in Johannesburg.
This role involves delivering a fast, efficient, and high-quality delivery service to customers, as well as performing daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, professional delivery services to customers
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Attend staff meetings and actively participate in team discussions
- Adhere strictly to technical instructions and safe working practices
- Uphold NRC values and represent the organisation positively at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric with solid numeracy and literacy skills
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar delivery/technical role
- Previous experience in the renal care industry will be advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency required)
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 8 or 10)
