Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to provide transportation services in accordance with standard operating procedures and legal requirements. The role involves the safe and timely delivery and collection of goods and passengers to designated destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement known solutions to routine operational challenges, escalating unresolved issues as needed.
- Meet performance targets in line with service level agreements and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions to support effective decision-making.
- Adhere to all governance, compliance, and safety protocols.
- Safely transport goods and customers to and from specified locations.
- Ensure vehicles remain in excellent working condition and report any issues to a supervisor immediately.
- Perform all driving tasks in compliance with traffic laws and regulations.
- Carry out responsibilities efficiently to avoid unnecessary costs or losses.
- Deliver services that meet the expectations of both internal and external clients.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance performance and skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
- 1–2 years’ experience in a driving role within a similar environment
- Valid South African driver’s license
