Introduction
We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic, and driven Company Driver to join our Johannesburg branch, assisting with deliveries and supporting operational logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers promptly and professionally
- Collect returned items as instructed
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the delivery vehicle
- Report any faults or issues with the vehicle immediately
- Verify product quantities and packaging quality against the invoice before loading
- Follow the planned delivery route and schedule
- Ensure all invoices are signed with proof of delivery
- Record accurate time-in and time-out, verified by the customer
- Follow daily instructions as issued by management
- Notify management of any failed deliveries as soon as possible
- Assist in checking incoming stock from Head Office and customers when required
- Help with cycle counts and stock takes, both quarterly and as directed by the company
- Take full responsibility for any traffic fines incurred
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance
- Perform any additional duties required to support business operations
Requirements
- Valid Code B and/or C Driver’s License (held for at least 5 years – verification required)
- Clean criminal record
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Western Cape routes and areas
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Committed, self-driven, and reliable
- Prior experience as a company driver is advantageous

- Salary: R6,000.00 (Non-negotiable)
