We are currently looking for a customer-focused, professional, and dynamic individual to join our Alberton store. As a key in-store representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—presentable, articulate, and passionate about providing outstanding service. You will go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with the right solution and a lasting impression of our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service that aligns with Jonsson Workwear standards.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by understanding their individual workwear needs.
- Apply in-depth product knowledge to recommend solutions that exceed expectations.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with both customers and team members.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, from consultation to the final transaction.
- Complete all tasks promptly and accurately, maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Be dependable by following through on promises and maintaining a high level of accountability.
