Pepkor Lifestyle is looking to hire a dependable and experienced Courier Driver to join our dynamic team. This role involves the safe and timely delivery of packages and parcels to various destinations while maintaining exceptional customer service and accurate delivery records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers, stores, service centres, and drop-off locations with the correct documentation and inventory
- Return undelivered items, pickups, and any incorrectly loaded stock back to the Service Centre
- Take responsibility for stock, vehicle, and equipment assigned
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures
- Provide courteous and professional service during customer interactions
- Demonstrate effective self-management and contribute positively to team efforts
Knowledge Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of delivery products and services
- Strong grasp of transportation procedures and safe distribution practices
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Familiarity with PEPKOR Lifestyle systems, processes, and operating model
- Awareness of ethical responsibilities in both conduct and service

- Optimising fleet use and maintaining delivery vehicles
- Controlling delivery-related costs
- Effective communication and customer service orientation

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s License with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- At least 3 years of courier driving experience
