Purpose of the Role:
To ensure the efficient and timely collection and delivery of reports, medical specimens, and parcels to and from wards, hospitals, doctor’s offices, factories, and other clients using a company vehicle.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10
- Valid South African Driver’s License (Code A and Code EB)
Experience & Knowledge Required:
- Proven driving experience
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with South African road traffic laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and deliver medical reports, samples, and parcels promptly to ensure timely service to laboratories and clients
- Maintain positive client relationships to uphold Ampath’s professional image
- Ensure the safekeeping, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment to support reliable service delivery
