Position: Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
Tsebo Facilities Solutions is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to oversee the consistent implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes. This role ensures the effective delivery of services in line with contractual obligations, providing supervisory guidance and site support to enhance client satisfaction under the terms of the Master Service Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution

  • Review daily visitor and client schedules
  • Manage special arrival requests and meeting room setups
  • Provide guests with information regarding facilities, amenities, and nearby venues

Contract Compliance

  • Ensure full adherence to company financial procedures and policies
  • Implement and monitor internal cost recovery controls and reporting systems

Customer Service Focus

  • Promote a customer-centric culture across teams
  • Engage with clients to respond to inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Actively work to enhance customer lifetime value through exceptional service delivery

Ethical Conduct & Flexibility

  • Take accountability for personal performance and uphold company values
  • Perform duties outside of the core job scope when required, supporting broader team goals
  • Comply with Tsebo’s Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) policies
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all work-related activities

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong working knowledge of equipment, materials, and suppliers in facilities management
  • Familiarity with Infor EAM or similar facility management systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
  • Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (advantageous)
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Report writing proficiency

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a facilities or similar environment
  • Hands-on handyman skills are essential
  • A qualification or experience in building/facilities management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility systems (e.g., Infor EAM)
  • Valid Driver’s License required
