Salary: R18 000 to R25 000


Introduction

Midstream Ridge, a residential estate located south of Centurion, is seeking a professional and experienced Client Services Administrator to deliver top-tier customer service and administrative support to all stakeholders within the estate. The successful candidate will be based at the reception desk and act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors.


Key Responsibilities

Client Services

  • Manage front desk queries and provide a professional first impression.
  • Handle the switchboard, take accurate messages, and redirect calls as needed.
  • Log and forward queries or complaints to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Liaise with the local municipality and other external stakeholders to assist in resolving issues.
  • Provide information and guidance on estate access protocols and house rules.
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office administration and electronic stakeholder communications.
  • Perform regular and accurate filing.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as required by the Homeowners Association (HOA).
  • Ensure adherence to company values: ownership, open communication, respect, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Help enforce compliance with the estate’s house rules.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) – preference will be given to candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in client services is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with community scheme administration and finances is a plus.
