Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer billing and account-related queries
- Executing financial and clerical tasks to support the finance section
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
- Applying sound financial controls and promoting corporate governance and compliance
- Contributing to a performance-driven environment and supporting departmental goals
- Maintaining ethical conduct in all stakeholder interactions
- Delivering operational services in line with approved standards and Batho Pele principles
