Job Opportunity: Cash-in-Transit Driver
Location: Worcester Branch

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Fidelity Services Group is looking to fill a Cash-in-Transit Driver position at our Worcester branch. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport crew and custodians for the collection and delivery of client funds, while ensuring accurate documentation and proof of service.
Minimum Requirements:
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA registered (minimum Grade C)
- Valid Cash-in-Transit (CIT) Certificate
- Firearm competency certificate (minimum: handgun for business purposes)
- Valid C1 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the security industry (experience within FSG is advantageous)
- Physically fit and able to perform job-related duties
- Able to work effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely collect and deliver cash and valuables to client sites
- Maintain constant communication with control room via radio
- Report any delays or incidents to the Operations Manager immediately
- Be alert to any suspicious activities and take preventive action
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle checks and complete required documentation
- Ensure responsible and safe operation of company vehicles
- Complete incident reports and accident documentation accurately
