Introduction
Our client, a boutique Investment and Wealth Management Advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic, energetic individual with strong administrative capabilities and proficiency in MS Office.

The Wealth Administrator will support Wealth Managers and Paraplanners in delivering seamless operational and administrative service. This role includes maintaining client records, preparing necessary documentation, managing compliance, and ensuring a high standard of client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all client instructions comply with FICA, FATCA, and FAIS verification requirements.
- Support new client onboarding, ensuring complete and compliant file setup.
- Handle all administrative processes related to unit transfers, disinvestments, client detail changes (local and offshore), and portfolio updates.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow up on outstanding items for all assigned cases.
- Ensure all compliance and anti-money laundering protocols are met and properly recorded.
- Prepare documentation for tax clients, Wealth Managers, and partner meetings.
- Assist with the creation and review of client reports, month-end/quarterly schedules, and presentations.
- Manage and facilitate the transfer and administration of second-hand policies.
- Actively build relationships in the financial industry and offer high-quality support to clients.
- Participate in ongoing product training and self-learning to stay informed on industry changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards applicable to the role.

Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (required)
- A formal qualification in Financial or Investment Services (advantageous)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Wealth Administration or similar role
- In-depth understanding of compliance processes related to financial advice
