About the Role
UD Trucks, a leader in commercial vehicle innovation, is seeking an Aftermarket Administrative Coordinator to support operations in our aftermarket division. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and driven individual looking to gain hands-on experience within a leading OEM environment. You’ll be responsible for handling essential administrative functions, assisting regional manager teams, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.
This opportunity is part of the YES4Youth Initiative and is aimed at unemployed youth. To qualify, applicants must be registered on the YES4Youth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks in the aftermarket environment
- Support regional managers with scheduling, document management, and communications
- Maintain up-to-date records, databases, and inventory systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence when needed
- Assist with implementing new tools and technologies to boost operational efficiency
- Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows
- Address customer inquiries and ensure top-tier service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative capacity, ideally in the automotive or aftermarket sector
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken, written, and reading)
