Position: Trust / Fiduciary Administrator
Salary: R22,000 – R30,000 per month

Our client is seeking a meticulous and well-organized Administrator to join their Fiduciary Services team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient daily administration of trusts and agencies, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new trusts and maintenance of existing trust records
- Process payments, journal entries, and investment instructions
- Support the preparation of income tax, provisional tax, and capital gains tax schedules
- Respond promptly to client and advisor queries via phone and email
- Compile monthly and annual administration reports
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate client and trust information
- Perform general administrative duties and assist with workflow coordination
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- 1–2 years’ experience in trust or financial administration preferred
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting
- A basic understanding of trust administration and KYC processes will be an advantage
