HR Intern Opportunity
Location: Jet Park, Gauteng
Stipend: R10,000 per month
Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and support a range of administrative and HR-related functions. In this role, you will assist with recruiting, supporting, and developing talent by helping implement policies and manage HR procedures.

Objective:
To deliver exceptional HR support to both employees and management, while gaining valuable on-the-job experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and systems
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Help develop and manage onboarding programs
- Contribute to training and development initiatives
- Support compliance with BEE and skills development requirements
- Assist with performance management activities
- Provide support in disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Maintain and update employee records in line with legal and company standards
- Monitor working conditions to ensure compliance with labour laws
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an HR support role is an advantage
- Solid understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Familiarity with labour legislation and disciplinary protocols
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High ethical standards and reliability
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field would be beneficial
