Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the service operations team
  • Contribute to achieving financial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cost centre
  • Manage cost centre expenses and work in progress (WIP) effectively
  • Maintain clear and professional communication
  • Address and resolve queries from both internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:

  • Matric certificate
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with relevant Customer Service (CS) processes
  • At least two years’ experience using SAP CS and CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary
