Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Hello Rides team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks for our Rent-to-Own program and overseeing the handling of insurance claims. The successful candidate will be responsible for client interactions, record-keeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of our processes related to rentals and insurance.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

  • Prior experience in administrative roles, especially in financial services or insurance.
  • Experience communicating with clients through messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with clients via phone and in-person.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications:

  • RE5 qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Rent-to-Own Administration:

  • Engage with prospective clients via WhatsApp to explain the Rent-to-Own offering.
  • Brief delivery drivers on rental agreements, terms, and conditions.
  • Accurately input driver and asset information into the asset management system.
  • Follow up with clients on payments and monitor ongoing rental performance.
  • Maintain physical and digital documentation for Rent-to-Own agreements.

Client Relations & After-Sales Support:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and condition of the motorbikes.
  • Handle post-sale inquiries and escalate unresolved matters to management.

Insurance Claims Handling:

  • Gather and review all relevant insurance documents from clients.
  • Communicate claim statuses, updates, and feedback to clients.
  • Coordinate with the internal insurance team to ensure prompt processing of claims.
  • Maintain accurate and organized insurance claim records.

General Administration:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and record management.
  • Assist in compiling reports related to Rent-to-Own and insurance data.
  • Keep the asset management system updated and accurate.
  • Support additional admin functions and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
