What You’ll Do
- Client Service: Onboard and support new clients, manage expectations, and build strong client relationships.
- Quoting & Invoicing: Track projects, liaise with clients and suppliers, and handle basic accounting in Xero (training provided).
- Project Management: Receive and interpret briefs, coordinate with creatives, manage timelines, and ensure delivery within scope and budget.
- Copywriting & Proofreading: Craft or refine content when needed, and spot typos and grammar issues with a keen eye.
- Workflow Coordination: Keep Trello boards and communication channels clear and up to date.
- Problem Solving: Think on your feet and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset under pressure.
