Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to understand their requirements and provide product information.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers in a clear and concise manner.

Sales Negotiation

  • Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer queries, address concerns, and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.

Sales Closures

  • Finalize transactions and secure new orders from clients.

Sales Reporting

  • Track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM or other systems.

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed on market trends, new products, and competitor activity.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous experience in internal sales, specifically in chemical sales within the FMCG sector (focus on raw materials and dry ingredients)
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in sales systems/software

Salary Package

💰 R10,000 – R12,000 per month (depending on experience)
