About the Role
A respected audit and assurance firm based in Cape Town is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Administrator/Assistant to support its dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within the audit function.

We’re looking for someone with a solid administrative background, relevant qualifications, and experience in a professional firm environment. Computer literacy and strong organizational skills are essential.
As a firm of Chartered Accountants (SA) and Registered Auditors, we are focused on delivering smart, strategic support to a broad client base.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to a lead audit partner
- Drafting and sending client quotations
- Managing the invoicing and billing processes
- Attending meetings and recording detailed minutes
- Handling client queries promptly and professionally
- Assisting in the management of client relationships
- Coordinating calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
- Performing general administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A Matric certificate
- A diploma or certificate in office administration or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a professional services or legal environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Remuneration
Annual Salary: R200,000 – R300,000 (commensurate with experience)
