Full Job Description
Administrative Data Management
- Perform administrative duties to support an efficient transcription process in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a structured electronic filing system with accurate, easily accessible records in accordance with SOPs and legal standards.
- Ensure proper records management to support the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Collect, organise, and accurately input current materials into the required formats.
- Transcribe documents, forms, and templates using approved document-controlled templates to meet compliance and quality assurance standards.
- Monitor and track project deliverables in alignment with established timelines.
- Consistently meet daily productivity targets.
- Prepare and submit relevant management reports to the appropriate manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and documentation at all times.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders to support timely project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate document transcription.
- Submit completed and approved templates, forms, and records to the relevant departments or managers for follow-up.
- Liaise with management to secure sign-off on tasks, ensuring adherence to business standards and requirements.
Minimum Requirements: Work Experience
- At least 1 year of administrative experience, including:
- Basic data entry and typing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Minimum Requirements: Education
- Matric (Grade 12)
