We are currently seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and well-organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth functioning of our daily operations and serves as the first point of contact for both staff and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing correspondence and data entry
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
  • Assist with financial tasks including payroll, invoicing, petty cash management, and basic reporting
  • Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and internal departments to ensure administrative efficiency
  • Manage office supplies and maintain organized filing systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 / Matric (compulsory)
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics sector is advantageous but not essential

Remuneration & Work Schedule

  • Total Cost to Company (CTC): R20,000 – R25,000 (negotiable based on experience)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
