Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring clients meet FAIS and FICA compliance requirements
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for both new and existing clients
  • Managing digital systems and performing digital filing
  • General office administrative tasks

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Matric with a Bachelor’s Pass/Exemption – mandatory
  • Fully computer literate (preferably with CAT or IT in Matric)
  • Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience or a completed tertiary qualification with a strong interest in gaining experience, ideally in the financial services sector
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must reside in Randburg or surrounding areas – non-negotiable

Remuneration
Salary: R8,500 – R13,500, depending on experience
