Introduction
Our client, located in Alberton North, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Generate and send out quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
- Capture and allocate accounting data accurately.
- Conduct tender research, print/copy documents, complete tender returnables (must have neat, legible handwriting).
- Maintain well-organized records and filing systems for all business operations.
- Provide administrative support to both customers and employees.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors as needed.
- Use spreadsheets to monitor expenses and company spending.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff.
- Offer basic technical assistance when required.
- Act as a personal assistant to the executive team.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate events.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare boardrooms for meetings, including setting up and organizing refreshments.
- Attend office meetings and accurately take minutes.
- Provide feedback on administrative processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Handle general administrative tasks as they arise.
- Follow up on outstanding client payments.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Neat and legible handwriting.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Salary Package
R7,500 – R10,000 per month (Cost to Company)
