Introduction
Our client, located in Alberton North, is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join their team.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and send out quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
  • Capture and allocate accounting data accurately.
  • Conduct tender research, print/copy documents, complete tender returnables (must have neat, legible handwriting).
  • Maintain well-organized records and filing systems for all business operations.
  • Provide administrative support to both customers and employees.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors as needed.
  • Use spreadsheets to monitor expenses and company spending.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for staff.
  • Offer basic technical assistance when required.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the executive team.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate events.
  • Manage office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare boardrooms for meetings, including setting up and organizing refreshments.
  • Attend office meetings and accurately take minutes.
  • Provide feedback on administrative processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as they arise.
  • Follow up on outstanding client payments.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Neat and legible handwriting.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Salary Package
R7,500 – R10,000 per month (Cost to Company)
