Introduction
Energy & Densification Systems (EDS), headquartered in Bryanston with warehousing and testing operations in Germiston, has developed a patented, innovative crushing and milling solution—the EDS Multishaft Mill. This compact vertical mill employs high-speed impact technology to achieve exceptional particle size reduction, energy efficiency, and enhanced material liberation. Its unique milling action integrates multiple processes to deliver a diverse range of output products tailored to various industry requirements.

Comminution is a significant contributor to energy consumption in mining operations, often exceeding 60% of total power usage. EDS addresses this challenge by offering a breakthrough solution: the EDS Mill, which delivers energy efficiencies up to 75% higher than traditional milling equipment and significantly improves liberation, making it a superior alternative for beneficiation processes.
By combining compact design, efficiency, and reduced power consumption, EDS offers a modern and cost-effective alternative to outdated milling technologies.
